WHEN ARE ELECTIONS?

The Primary Election will be Tuesday, August 10, 2021 (ballots will be mailed to registered voters on July 20th).

Ballots may be returned by mail (postmarked the day before election day) or deposited in one of Davis County’s many ballot drop boxes.

ARE MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS PARTISAN?

Municipal elections in Woods Cross are not partisan, so you won’t see any parties on the ballots.

HOW CAN I REGISTER TO VOTE?

Use this website to register to vote where you live, you will need your driver’s license, and you may need to update the address listed with your driver’s license. To check on your voter registration or update your address, use this link. Voting where you don’t live is considered voter fraud. You can register without a driver’s license in person at the county elections office, learn more here.

July 20th at 5pm is the last day to register to vote or request a mail ballot for the Primary Election.
